Welcome to True Ways Leather. By accessing or purchasing from our website https://www.truewaysleather.shop or any of our official sales channels (including Facebook and Instagram), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

True Ways Leather is a leather goods manufacturer based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We specialize in handcrafted genuine leather products, including jackets, shoes, bags, and accessories.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian.

  • You will not use the website for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.

  • You agree not to copy, resell, or misuse any content, images, or products listed on our site.

3. Products & Authenticity

All our products are handcrafted using genuine leather. Slight variations in color, texture, or grain are natural characteristics of real leather and should not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

We do not currently accept credit or debit cards.
Orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received (for prepaid orders).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver both within Pakistan and worldwide.

Shipping Charges:

  • Karachi: PKR 300

  • Rest of Pakistan: PKR 500

  • International: USD 40 flat rate

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days

  • International: 7–14 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs procedures.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We take pride in our product quality and customer satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products, and customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days (2 weeks) after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (depending on the situation).

7. Product Warranty

All True Ways Leather products come with a 6-month repair warranty covering zippers, stitching, or minor craftsmanship issues.

  • Repairs are free of charge, but the customer must bear shipping costs both ways.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

8. Pricing & Policy Updates

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, policies, or promotions without prior notice.

9. Reselling Policy

Reselling or redistribution of True Ways Leather products is permitted only with prior approval from our team. Please contact us at truewaysleather@gmail.com for reseller inquiries.

10. Limitation of Liability

True Ways Leather is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or third-party service issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
